Our Founder

My name is Ritesh Kumar Upadhyay, and I began my professional journey in the life insurance industry in 2001 as an authorized Life Insurance Advisor with India's most trusted insurance company — the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).

From 2001 to 2021, I proudly served thousands of policyholders, building strong relationships and earning a reputation as a committed and knowledgeable insurance advisor. During this time, I also had the opportunity to manage an LIC Mini Office and Premium Collection Center from 2013 to 2018.

Throughout my advisory career, I was frequently recognized at the Divisional Level as a Distinguished Life Insurance Advisor — a testament to my dedication, customer service, and consistent performance.

However, due to health challenges, I gradually stepped back from on-field work. But my passion for life insurance and my desire to empower fellow advisors never diminished.

Since 2015, I have been actively engaged in training insurance professionals through digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Many of the agents who have benefitted from my mentorship have gone on to achieve prestigious international honors such as MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) and COT (Court of the Table).
